PROGRAMME DETAILS

Knowledge, organization and processing, basics of Information technology, documentation and information retrieval and few project works are a part of Bachelors of Library Science course. This course meets the demand of the growing needs of experts in the field of Library Management and Administration including Book and Journal Procurement.


Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent. Relaxation to reserved category students as per State Govt. norms.
(5% relaxation to the students of North East states including Sikkim/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

Admission Criteria

Based on Merit in qualifying examination. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per State Government norms.
