DURATION: 4 Years (semester MODE)

The key competencies and skills necessary to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical treatment in the practise context are taught in the Masters in Pharmacy program. You'll gain essential information and abilities in clinical pharmacy practice, medication management, and the comprehension required to hold successful consultations and recognize, rank, and address complicated pharmaceutical issues. It covers patient care, clinical applications, and professional practice to prepare you for jobs as pharmacists. The primary topics of biological sciences, chemistry, and drug delivery are all covered by the B.Pharm. You will research professional practice, the endocrine system, the heart and circulatory systems, the brain, and psychiatry. Our practice-focused instruction includes interactive clinical sessions and simulated exercises to help you build the skills required for pharmacy employment in community, hospital, and primary care settings.


You will be taught the science underpinning the use of medicines, including the physiology and anatomy of the human body, the effect of medicines on the human body, and how drugs are designed. In addition, you will receive instruction in clinical communications, problem-solving, and decision-making to provide you with the knowledge and abilities necessary to pursue a fulfilling career in pharmacy and improve patient care.

The program aims to generate highly trained graduates with a background in science and technology related to continuous production by integrating fundamental science with early exposure to interacting with patients and healthcare professionals in the community and hospitals.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

Pass with 50% aggregate marksĀ  marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or equivalent. Relaxation to reserved category students as per State Govt. norms.
(5% relaxation to the students of North East states including Sikkim/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)
