Career Development Cell – called MAANAS is an essential pillar of the University where the activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for making them “INDUSTRY READY.”

The Cell provides complete support to the students as well as to the companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-placement talks, written tests, interviews and group Discussions are made as per the need.

Objectives

CDC- Maanas aims to conduct and execute different activities for the students with following objectives -

• To bridge the gap in-between study curriculum & the needs of employment market.
• To organize campus interviews& expert sessions for students with industries and enterprise houses of repute from throughout India.
• Providing necessary training to students within the vicinity of Personality Development and Communication Skills.
• To provide one complete Job Assistance.
• To promote career counselling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel.
• Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, and Corporate Meets etc.
• Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.
• Collaborate with industry for live projects, Research work, Workshop or any academic alliance, Industrial visit.
